Overview
Annapurna is a massive, 55-kilometer-long mountain range in the Himalayas of north-central Nepal, home to some of the highest peaks on Earth. It is primarily recognized for Annapurna I (8,091 meters), which is the world's 10th highest peak and historically significant as the first 8,000-meter mountain ever successfully climbed.
